1. Shipping Availability
High Tide Compounds currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within one (1) business day after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during holidays, promotions, periods of high order volume, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Carrier
Orders are shipped via FedEx. Shipping options and estimated delivery timeframes may be displayed at checkout when available.
4. Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided via email once an order has shipped. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status using the provided tracking number.
5. Packaging
Orders are shipped in discreet packaging without product descriptions displayed on the exterior of the package.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all billing and shipping information is accurate prior to submitting an order. High Tide Compounds is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
7. PO Boxes
High Tide Compounds does not ship to PO boxes.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate order modifications or cancellations prior to shipment; however, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
9. Returned or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.
10. Risk of Loss & Title Transfer
Ownership and responsibility for products transfer to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier. High Tide Compounds is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once shipment has been transferred to the carrier and tracking confirmation has been issued.
11. Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. High Tide Compounds is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, holidays, labor disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
12. Temperature & Storage Disclaimer
High Tide Compounds does not guarantee product temperature conditions during shipping or after delivery. Customers acknowledge and accept responsibility for proper product storage and handling upon receipt.
13. Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is not included unless otherwise stated.
14. Research Use Notice
All products sold by High Tide Compounds are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only and are not for human consumption, veterinary use, therapeutic use, or medical use.
15. Signature Required on Orders Over $500
For your security, all orders totaling $500 or more are shipped with Direct Signature Required. An adult at the delivery address must be available to sign for the package upon delivery. If no one is available, the carrier will make additional delivery attempts or hold the package for pickup at a nearby carrier facility. Signature requirements cannot be waived on qualifying orders.
